Pump cottage Details

Pump cottage retains many of its original features, even the old well and pump are outside the cottage.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 people  in 2 bedrooms, and is dog friendly.

 

There is a well equipped open plan Kitchen and Dining room, with tiled floor throughout. Also a wood-burner for those cold nights.

Electric cooker, Fridge freezer, Microwave and Dishwasher.

There is a washing machine available in the Laundry room.

 

The Lounge seats four people comfortably, has a flat screen freeview TV.  DVD player. With  books, games and puzzles.

The main bedroom has a four poster double bed.

Bedroom two has twin beds.

There is also a travel cot and high chair available.

 

Heating is by Electric radiators, wood burner, and electric fire.

Outside the cottage is a private enclosed patio, plus over 2 acres of woodland and gardens leading down to the river Waveney.

Heating, Bedding, Towels, Tea Towels included in rental.

Private off Road parking for 2 cars.
